If you create an account, generate an API key, or use simlir product data through the dashboard, API, or MCP integrations, that use is governed by the API/Data Licence.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Interfere with site security, availability, or access controls.
• Attempt to scrape or copy public content in bulk beyond ordinary browsing.
• Misrepresent simlir, our team, or our public materials.

The public website may describe features, examples, and product information, but it is provided for general information only. Public examples may change without notice and do not guarantee a specific product result, integration outcome, or commercial workflow.

4. Intellectual Property

The simlir name, branding, site design, docs, and public materials remain the property of simlir Ltd or its licensors. Retailer names, logos, and product information remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Liability and Changes

The public site is provided “as is” without warranties. We may change, suspend, or remove public pages, demo flows, docs, and related content at any time.
